1.0 Introduction
This kind of the Converter is a VGA video converter. It converts VGA and Stereo input into AV Output to allow PC users to show their image not only on the PC's monitor, but could also on TV, to have a large display. The conversion is along with the audio.
Converter offers solutions for digital entertainment center, HDTV retail and show site, HDTV, STB, DVD and Projector factory, noise space and security concerns, data center control, information distribution, conference room presentation, school and corporate training environments.

5.0 Panel introduction
Please study the panel drawings below and become familiar with the signal input(s), output(s) and power requirements.

6.0 Connection and operation
Before installation, please make sure all devices you wish to connect
have been turned off.
1.Connect the VGA video and Stereo audio from computer to Converter.(Input
cables are optional)
2.Connect the AV output from to the TV which has AV input.
3.Insert the DC side of 5V power supply into and then connect the AC side of
the power supply into the wall outlet
4.Power on the computer and TV, choose the input of TV to its AV channel.
5.The image does not need to be adjusted, the Converter will position it
automatically, the user may adjust the horizontal position under
some extreme condition.
Attention: Insert / Extract cable gently.
7.0 INSTALLATION AND PRECAUTIONS
To avoid electric shock , product damage and to protect your safety , please notice the following:
- Please slowly plug or unplug signal cables and do not often plug , unplug , or shake them.
- The equipment should not be placed under the sun , rain and damp or unventilated environment.
- Liquid items should not be placed on the equipment.
- Do not install the equipment near heat sources such as fire , power , or other amplifiers that produce heat.
- Do not insert the metal or other objects to the equipment in addition to connecting cables to ports.
- Do not demolish the equipment by yourself ; it should be maintained by professional maintenance staff.
